Job summary

Graceful Aging Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for caregivers in client homes. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, training staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and conduct client assessments.
• Train new staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide leadership and resolve caregiver concerns.
• Cover client hours as needed and perform other duties.
