Addus HomeCare in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a reliable supervisor to schedule and oversee in-home care workers and clients across the local area. You will ensure care plans are followed, manage authorizations, and maintain accurate client records.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory healthcare experience and 1 year of home care scheduling, plus strong people skills. Full-time in-office hours with rotating on-call; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) style plan.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Hours:

Full Time: In office: Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm | Rotating On Call.

Essential Duties

• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.
• Assists with the new hire process for all new employees and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Position Requirements & Competencies

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisor experience in a health care environment.
• 1 year of home care scheduling experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.
