Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and assign appropriate staff to clients.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of plans of care.
• Support branch operations (phone coverage, payroll entry, staff support).
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks as needed to meet regulations.
