Home To Stay is a well-established, award-winning non-medical home care agency serving Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. We specialize in compassionate, personalized care and are the exclusive provider of the AlzBetter dementia care program in South Jersey.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and organized In-Office Scheduler to manage client and caregiver schedules from our Cherry Hill office. In this vital role, you’ll be the hub of communication—matching clients with the right caregivers and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service delivery each day.
Key Responsibilities:
•Schedule and coordinate care for clients using WellSky Personal Care
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability
• Handle last-minute changes, call-outs, and urgent scheduling needs
• Communicate updates with clients, caregivers, and office team
• Track employee hours, monitor overtime, and input accurate data
• Support onboarding of new clients by working closely with care coordination and RN teams
• Provide excellent customer service over phone, text and email
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of scheduling experience in home care, healthcare, or fast-paced scheduling
• Upbeat, positive personality with a professional demeanor and team-first attitude
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Experience with WellSky, AxisCare or similar scheduling software (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call coverage is required on a rotating basis (after-hours, evenings, weekends)
