Colorado PACE is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Aurora, CO. The position is full-time, schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an annual pay range of $81,244 to $95,451.

Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid Mileage/Shift Diff/Stipends/Overtime
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT:Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry! Relocation Reimbursement.

This Registered Nurse position has the primary responsibility to participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care provided in the patient/participants place of residence. This nurse will actively participate in coordination of all aspects of patient’s care, in accordance with current professional standards and practice. This position will also require a flexibility to meet patient care needs within the continuum of services.
