Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care in Parkville, MD. The RN will develop and supervise individualized service plans, observe residents, and coordinate care with the physician and family.

The role offers PRN/Flex scheduling, including weekends and on-call rotations. Must hold Maryland RN license with recent home care experience; Oasis documentation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Maryland and recent home care experience.
• Experience with OASIS documentation is required.
• Proficiency in patient-centered home care planning and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner in initial evaluation to assess resident needs and develop an individualized service plan.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the physician and family.
• Ensure implementation of the resident’s plan by the Home Support team.
• Deliver nursing care per the plan and nursing standards.
• Participate in care conferences and resident meetings.
• Assist in orientation and training of agency nurses and aides.
