Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking an RN for a 20-hour weekend, part-time role covering the North Shore and surrounding communities. You will oversee the patient plan of care, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality home-based nursing care.

The position offers a flexible weekend schedule, a $25,000 weekend bonus, and support from scheduling coordinators and a strong team culture. On-site visits with autonomy to manage your own schedule.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
At least one year of acute care nursing experience (home care experience preferred).

Responsibilities

Complete patient assessments and admissions.
Develop individualized care plans.
Provide skilled nursing care, education, and treatment.
Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers.
Document care and review charts.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
