Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) for York County. The role offers a salaried schedule with four 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–2:00 PM) and a focus on work-life balance, independence, and meaningful patient care.

You will assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with physicians, specialists, and families. The position includes weekend/holiday rotation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current state RN license; BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days; valid driver's license.
• Experience: One year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered quality care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and families to support recovery and independent living.
