Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses to join our expanding field team. You will travel to clients’ homes, conduct initial assessments, develop care plans, and support ongoing, high-quality nursing care across assigned territories.

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to establish tailored care plans.

• Perform regular reassessments to ensure ongoing quality and effectiveness of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).

• Active CPR Certification

• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
