Job summary

Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

We offer a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule with weekend rotation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Join a nurse-led team focused on compassionate, 1:1 patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• One year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements
