Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an RN to provide pediatric home health nursing with a focus on one-on-one care in the home. The role requires Trach/Vent experience and offers autonomy, clinical support, and a structured care plan for high-acuity pediatric patients.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing in a home setting, maintaining clear care plans, and collaborating with families to ensure continuity of care and safety. BLS/CPR and Florida RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).
