Synergy HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in Millis, MA. Join a team dedicated to comfort, safety, and independence for clients at home.

We offer $20–$23 per hour with weekly pay and flexible shifts, including first and second shifts. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekday and weekend schedules to fit your life.

Competenze

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide mobility, walking, and transfer assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
