Synergy HomeCare in Millis, MA is hiring compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers for flexible positions. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and multiple shift options. Immediate openings on both full-time and part-time basis with weekday and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following each client's care plan. Vaccination records preferred and reliability essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a client's home.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home clean and comfortable.
• Follow each client's care plan and established routines.
• Keep the care team informed of changes in a client's condition or needs.
