Synergy HomeCare in Millis, MA is urgently hiring compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients at home. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and safety, while providing companionship and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
