Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver one-on-one in-home care in St. Johns County. You will assist clients with daily living activities, monitor well-being under an RN supervisor, and provide companionship in the home setting.

The role offers PRN shifts, flexible day/nights and weekends, and opportunities to join a mission-driven, supportive team committed to aging with dignity.

Formación

• 1 year home care experience
• CPR certification (in person, not online)
• Reliable and dependable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs
• Light housekeeping removing any trash, wash dishes, etc…
• Laundry as needed
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home is clean and safe
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor
• Document tasks completed and report any change in condition
• Companionship and social engagement

Conocimientos

We are currently searching for a Home Health Aide to service clients with one-on-one home care. In this role, the Home Health Aide is responsible for completing the tasks requested by the client in accordance with home care guidelines, training and as directed by our RN Supervisor.

Schedule

PRN, varies by client, 2 hours to 12 hour shifts available, flexible schedule(daytime, overnights and weekends available).

This Position Is Responsible For
