Westminster Home Care in Leon County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one home care for seniors. The role involves assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, and medication reminders under RN supervision.

Candidates must have an active Florida CNA license and CPR certification, with a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience. The position offers flexible PRN hours (2–12 hour shifts) with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs.
• Light housekeeping and cleaning (trash removal, washing dishes, etc.).
• Laundry as needed and keeping living areas tidy.
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home are clean and safe.
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under RN supervision.
• Document tasks completed and report any change in condition.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.

We are currently hiring for positions in Leon County.

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to service clients with one-on-one home care. In this role, the Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for completing the tasks requested by the client in accordance with home care guidelines, training and as directed by our RN Supervisor.

Schedule:

PRN, varies by client, 2 hours to 12 hour shifts available, flexible schedule (daytime, overnights and weekends available).

This Position Is Responsible For

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs
• Light housekeeping removing any trash and washing dishes, etc…
• Laundry as needed
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home is clean and safe
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor
• Document tasks completed and report any change in condition
• Companionship and social engagement

Qualifications

• 1 year Certified Nursing Assistant experience
• Active State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license
• CPR certification (in person, not online)
