Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Home Care PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients. You will perform ADL assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship under RN supervision, with shifts from 2 hours to 12 hours across daytime, overnight, and weekends.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida CNA license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. This on-site role offers a flexible PRN schedule and supportive team growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year Certified Nursing Assistant experience.
• Active State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR certification (in person, not online).
• Reliable and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs.
• Light housekeeping removing any trash and washing dishes, etc.
• Laundry as needed.
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home is clean and safe.
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor.
• Document tasks completed and report any change in condition.
• Companionship and social engagement.

Description

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to service clients with one-on-one home care. In this role, the Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for completing the tasks requested by the client in accordance with home care guidelines, training and as directed by our RN Supervisor.

Schedule: PRN, varies by client, 2 hours to 12 hour shifts available, flexible schedule (daytime, overnights and weekends available).
