Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one home care services. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, monitoring health under supervision, and documenting observations. A CPR certification and Florida CNA license are required.

The position offers PRN scheduling with shifts ranging from 2 hours to 12 hours, daytime, overnight, and weekend options, with competitive pay and benefits for part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other needs.
• Light housekeeping: remove trash and wash dishes.
• Laundry as needed.
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home are clean and safe.
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor.
• Document tasks completed and report changes in condition.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.

Job description

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to service clients with one-on-one home care. In this role, the Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for completing the tasks requested by the client in accordance with home care guidelines, training and as directed by our RN Supervisor.

Schedule: PRN, varies by client, 2 hours to 12 hour shifts available, flexible schedule(daytime, overnights and weekends available).

This Position Is Responsible For

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs
• Light housekeeping removing any trash and washing dishes, etc…
• Laundry as needed
