Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy seeks a Home Care Physical Therapist to deliver in-home services, assess mobility, and tailor treatment plans for patients in New Jersey. You’ll build lasting patient relationships, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a growing Home Care team.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• Medicare documentation and billing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Valid Driver’s License.

Compensation

Full-Time Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Paid-Per-Visit Option: $65 – $80 per visit
