Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Home Care Physical Therapist in New Jersey to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, focusing on mobility, function, and independence. You will establish treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an active NJ PT license, with Medicare billing experience preferred, and must thrive in an independent, flexible environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Compensation

Full-Time Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 Base Salary + Benefits
Paid-Per-Visit Option: $65 - 80 per visit
