Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow Plan of Care including personal care tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility.
• Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain and submit documents as required by agency policy and regulatory requirements.
