TheKey is seeking a Home Care Liaison in California to be the face of TheKey in the community, building referral partnerships and driving growth. You will lead efforts to expand our aging-at-home services, exceed revenue targets, and ensure every new client receives high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic relationship-builder with sales experience in health care, able to coordinate with care teams, manage referrals, and provide after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in health care or related field.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient with computers and timely sales activity documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources and events.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct client assessments, convert prospects to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure care plans meet client needs.
• Provide after-hours support to partners and clients.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and identify growth opportunities.
