Job summary

Apex Rehabilitation seeks a Home Care Occupational Therapist (OTR) to help clients live independently at home. You will assess daily living needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver interventions in the home setting.

Ideal candidates hold an OT degree, state licensure, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Valid driver’s license and liability insurance are required to serve families across the Rockland area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs and challenges.
