Job summary

A New Hope Home Care is seeking compassionate pediatric nurses to provide one-on-one care for a 5-year-old client at home, managing trach/vent, medications, and vital signs. You’ll work Thurs-Sun nights (12-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team.

We train dedicated nurses with no prior pediatric home care required; CPR is provided if needed. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
• Passion for pediatric/home care and a warm, professional demeanor
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.)
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform trach/vent care and management
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs
• Document care accurately and timely
• Educate and support families
• Assist with ADLs as needed
