Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty home care in Montgomery County, PA. You will deliver compassionate nursing, administer medications, and coordinate care with families and clinicians.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and an employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
