Advantage Home Care in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Home Care Nurse to evaluate and treat patients using current technology, coordinating with physicians to set up the initial care plan.

The role offers a consistent caseload, opportunities for professional growth, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must have RN licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license for patient visits.

Competenze

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of assignment.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) documents allowing multi-state practice where applicable.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with no recent DUIs or suspensions.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage online HR services and training programs.

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) documents the following: The mutual recognition model of nurse licensure allows a nurse to have one license (in his or her state of residency) and to practice in other states (both physical and electronic), subject to each state’s practice law and regulation (nurses must legally reside in a NLC state to be eligible to have a multi-state license)
• Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with no DUIs, revocations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
