Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Missouri is seeking an LPN to provide nursing support to clients in their homes. You will perform assessments and basic nursing procedures under the RN Supervisor, following physician orders.

We offer a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE with no weekends and no on-call, hourly pay of $33.00–$34.00, daily pay, mileage reimbursement, and a company 401K match, with opportunities to grow as nursing services expand. New nurses are welcome and will be trained.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• New nurses welcome and will be trained.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and basic nursing procedures in clients' homes.
• Document care and coordinate with RN Supervisor.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
• Enable patients to stay independent at home.
• Meet Medicaid/HIPAA requirements.
