Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Missouri seeks an experienced LPN to provide nursing support to clients in their homes. The role includes completing assessments, performing nursing procedures under supervision, and ensuring care plans are followed. Hours are self-scheduled during the week, with no weekend requirements.

New nurses are welcome and will be trained. Must have a valid MO LPN license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within Hannibal MO service areas including Kirksville and nearby

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri required.
• Licensed practical nurse with ability to work independently.
• Experience with home health care preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Medication set-ups and reviews.
• Skin assessments and general health evaluations.
• Client education and documentation.
• Enable patients to stay independent in their homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and flexibility as needed.
