Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role supports health maintenance and disease prevention, while coordinating with the Caregiver under clinical direction.

Qualified applicants hold a Nursing degree, an active SC license, CPR certification, and prefer 1+ year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• CPR professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care/treatment per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Documents nursing actions and informs physicians and families accordingly.
• Administers and monitors medication as prescribed by physician.
• Conducts nursing assessment visits as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Performs supervisory visits to review plan of care and documentation.
