Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Fayetteville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team for 1:1 home care with pediatric and adult clients. The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling and travel to clients' homes.

As an LPN, you will follow physician orders, assess and document client status, and provide compassionate, reliable care in clients' homes. BAYADA emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in good standing in NC.
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client's home for in-home care on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on, private-duty care with a single client per day.

Meet Our Clients:

We're hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Fayetteville region.

Schedule:

• Both day and overnight opportunities are available
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay:

• Starting pay: $29-33 per hour (client-specific)
• $250 Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
