Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Greenville Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate in-home care. Expect hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to work with families in their homes and schools.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license in North Carolina, with preferred private duty/home health experience, and a willingness to travel to nearby client sites in Goldsboro, Pikeville, Seven Springs, or Mount Olive areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• Prior private duty/home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Operate with autonomy in the client’s home and, when applicable, at school.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay from $28-35/ hour based on qualifications and availability
• Hours available in the Goldsboro, Pikeville, Seven Springs, and Mount Olive areas include:
  • Days
  • Nights
  • Weekends
