Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with a passion for compassionate home health care to join our team.

We provide onboarding and training from day one, with hands-on skills in our simulation lab and in-home visits. You will assess and document client conditions, follow doctors' orders, travel to a nearby client, and work with autonomy in the home setting. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Operate skills with autonomy in the client's home and in school settings.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $32/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
  • We are currently offering weekend premium team rates! Receive higher pay rates for working on Saturday/ Sunday days or Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday nights.
