Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Care Lead to provide essential patient care and supervise field staff in a flexible, community-based setting. You will train aides, support opening and managing cases, and give feedback to care teams to ensure quality service.

In this role, dependability and attention to detail are crucial as you coordinate daily living activities and care plans while maintaining the highest standards of client comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in caregiving or a similar role (Caregiving or HHA).
• CNA, STNA, or HHA certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to document notes clearly.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assists, performs and trains patient/client and family in activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting)
• Assist Supervisor by performing Supervisory visits as designated
• Assists with orientation & training of field-based home care aides
• Assists with opening cases
• Provides feedback to care professionals including evaluations

Requirements:

• Six (6) months of experience in a similar job classification (Caregiving or HHA experience)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
