Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a Marketer to partner with our continuum of health care providers to ensure community care needs are met. The role is outside sales with daily face-to-face visits to referral sources to generate high-value clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in generating new business in home care or related industries, with relationships that can start generating opportunities immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role for home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare/senior care industries and established referral networks preferred.
• Proven ability to cold call and convert prospects into clients.
• Highest degree of professional ethics and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, facilities, home health agencies, physicians’ offices).
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate leads.
• Plan and organize community marketing events to raise company visibility and create opportunities.
• Work with National Partners; conduct home assessments and follow leads provided.
