Job summary

Senior Helpers – West Omaha seeks a dynamic Sales Manager/Marketing Coordinator to drive growth in-home care and companionship services. You will work with the Director of Operations to build a strong local network, manage leads, and deliver presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales within health care, excellent communication, and the ability to travel locally across Omaha. This is a full-time position with opportunities to shape company culture and growth.

Qualifications

• Outside sales and marketing experience (minimum 3 years).
• At least 3 years in health care, home care, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Identify local influence centers to determine lead sources.
• Develop and manage new lead sources through professional networks.
• Schedule and attend meetings with referrals; contact 8–10 sources daily.
• Present services at staff meetings in hospitals and clinics.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads.
• Build a positive image and promote company in the community.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
• Assist with caregiver recruiting/onboarding for the first six months.
