Personal Touch Home Care is seeking a Home Care Consultant, Sales & Marketing to grow our B2B relationships and drive home health care solutions. You will engage with facility staff and physician offices, develop account plans, and present new programs to support referrals and service expansion.

This role emphasizes strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates hold a health care administration or marketing background with at least two years in management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care admin, marketing or nursing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in management, marketing or sales in health care or related area.
• Ability to negotiate win/win outcomes and provide strong customer service.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health plans, Medicare/Medicaid related to home health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Builds and expands relationships with B2B customers to drive growth.
• Provides home health care consulting support through ongoing contact with facility staff.
• Identifies opportunities and participates in strategy for new business development.
• Defines referral sources and partners with customers to meet mutual goals.
• Develops annual account plans and updates profiles as needed.
• Prepares and delivers presentations for new programs to facilities and physicians.
• Collaborates with staff to address issues and ensure service delivery.
• Communicates with operations on capacity, complaints, and case work.
• Completes weekly activity logs to track progress toward targets.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
