Job summary

AccentCare in Fort Worth is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services. This full-time role covers Fort Worth and surrounding areas, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The position offers a starting pay of $20.50 per hour plus mileage. You will supervise caregivers, conduct in-home visits to ensure quality and compliance, guide orientations, welcome new clients, and coordinate with office staff to support families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60+ college credit hours.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Substitution option: 1 year leadership + 30 hours college credit.
• Home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported.
• Problem-solve in the field to keep care consistent and compassionate.
