Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is hiring a Field Supervisor for the El Paso area. The role is full-time and field-based, with in-home visits to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

Earn $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus mileage, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and local coverage across El Paso and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 60+ college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
