Job summary

St. Barnabas Health System is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Companion for first/second shifts within our Home Care division. The role may become full-time in the future, with a salary range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties under the Homecare Director's supervision.
• Enhance resident quality of life by addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Other duties as assigned.
