• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor client conditions and report any changes promptly.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Light housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry.
• Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Document care accurately using EMR/EHR systems.
