Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Weatherford, OK is seeking an entry-level Habilitation Training Specialist to provide direct care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in their homes and in the community. The role covers daily living activities and community integration.

Training is provided; you will assist with activities from waking to dressing, bathing, cooking, budgeting, and social participation, with up to 25% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• CPR/FA/MAT required to work alone on shift.
• Starting rate is dependent on experience and level of need.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in their homes and in the community.
• Assist with activities of daily living including waking up, bathing, dressing, toileting, cooking and eating.
• Support clients with work or volunteering activities, budgeting, reading and writing as part of daily living.
