Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• STNA (active or expired) accepted.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client care to home health clients.
• Support clients with daily living activities and maintain safety.
