Responsibilities

1. Help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
2. Handle potential client inquiries about Arch Home Care.
3. Utilize basic computer and telephone skills.
4. Show patience and understanding to support caregivers, clients, and partners.
5. Perform personal care activities including:

• Personal hygiene assistance (e.g., bathroom, bedpan, bathing, mouth care, shaving, skin, hair)
• Ambulation/transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/shaving

Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.

Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

Perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

Perform patient-specific activities as taught by Arch Home Care.

Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.

Measure and prepare special diets.
