Responsibilities

1. Help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
2. Handle potential clients calling our office for information on Zion Medical LLC's services
3. Utilize basic computer and telephone skills
4. Show patience and understanding to support caregivers, clients, and partners
5. Perform personal care activities assisting patients with daily living activities, including:

• Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom use, bathing, mouth care, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving

Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions

Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments

Perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms

Perform patient-specific activities taught by Zion Medical LLC's nurse

Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises

Measure and prepare special diets
