Job summary

Qualifications

• Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus).

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference.

Schedule

Daily split shifts, 6:30 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Assist with toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)

Pay & Benefits

• $17 per hour
• Weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday hours
