Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA).

DON'T HAVE YOUR CNA OR HCA? DON'T WORRY, WE WILL PAY FOR IT!

We currently have full-time and part-time shifts available, including day shifts starting at 6 am, with open availability and weekends needed. We offer online CEU courses, onsite First Aid/CPR training at no cost, and paid in-service trainings.

As a Caregiver with Touchmark Home Care, you will assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in residents' lives and their families.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, compassionate, and:

• Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire or have an active Washington state CNA certificate. A Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable.
• Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if not already certified.
• Be committed to customer satisfaction, continuous learning, and confidentiality.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.
