Advacare Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated non-medical Home Care Attendant to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience as a non-skilled homecare caregiver or home attendant.
• Current required certifications: Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a non-skilled homecare caregiver or home attendant
• Possession of the basic required certifications (must be current and valid)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas

Certification Requirements:
