Job summary

Advacare Homecare is seeking a compassionate non-medical Home Care Attendant to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. You will help with personal care, daily living activities, and maintaining a safe home environment under established care plans.

Qualifications include prior non-skilled home care experience, current certifications (Fingerprint, CPR/First Aid), and reliable transportation within the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Experience as a non-skilled home care caregiver or attendant.
• Must hold current required certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client locations within Phoenix.

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff


• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients


• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience as a non-skilled home care caregiver or home attendant


• Possession of the basic required certifications (must be current and valid)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ

Certification Requirements:

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card


• CPR/First Aid Certification
