Job summary

All Care Services is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support older adults across Bournemouth. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and companionship, with full training provided.

No prior experience is required, and roles offer guaranteed hours, with daytime and evening shifts in a community setting. Applicants should have a UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Drivers with a Full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks and food shopping as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
