Job summary

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is hiring Elderly Befriender Care Assistants to support clients at home across Norfolk and Cambridge and locally. Roles require availability 7am–10pm with alternate weekends, and immediate starts are encouraged.

The position offers £15 per hour with enhanced pay options and full induction and ongoing professional development. Driving licence and right to work in the UK preferred. Training will be provided to new carers.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings such as domiciliary or elderly care.
• Ability to provide companionship and basic personal support.

Responsibilities
